  • not the grotwth but it can be very dangerous on articulation..better begin with weight only when you have passed 20 years old...i devasted my right knee with hack squat...

    better of all are bodyweight exercises,done with proper form!

  • it does afffect growth :) and here's why , when you start weight lifting your bones start hardening aswell , if your still growing that's not good because if they harden it will stop the growth :)
