www.FauquierENT.net - This video demonstrates the technique and outcome of an injection medialization procedure for a paralyzed vocal cord. This procedure was performed with the patient fully awake and unsedated. Only a local anesthetic was used. Prior to this procedure, the patient's voice was VERY breathy and weak.
