The Pilot actually has his shit tohether and gave some accurate info and stats. Some REALLY BIG loads are permitted for night moves only. Depends on the state and the area. I have moved many Multi Axle loads in Maryland on night moves. I would have to assume they are following the permit and apears the load is not liking the twists of the road and shifted. The load IS the trailer also on a load like this and if it shifts it goes out of whack and controlling it or going straight can be an issue

most oversized loads are not allowed to be transported overnight or in bad weather, just stick to your day job and let the drivers take care of theres
