Maestro Ciabatta

Music video that accompanies a string quartet in which my housemate wrote a string medley featuring the Katamari Damacy, Super Mario and Tetris.

Tetris theme is based on a Russian Folk song 'Korobeiniki'

Unfortunately due to technical issues, we were unable to get the full string recording so this was done to the midi version of the string medley.

This animation was made with photos that I took of my housemate and animated in Motion 4. Did some drawings in Flash CS4 for the Mario part and the Tetris part was made in Adobe After Effects CS4.

3 cans of Red Bull were consumed within 2 days of the making. Mario survives the violin to the head.
