You said, to steam them get your water to a rolling boil, then put your crablegs into the water making sure they fully surmerged in the water. Hey Hon, that is boiling crablegs, not steaming them. Steaming is when they are surrounded by hot steam, not hot water. You are making boiled crablegs. If the crabshack rep doesn't know the difference, I'm not sure I trust what their chefs are doing, and may not eat there anymore.

PS They catch, cook and freeze 'em to deliver.... Alaskan, bite me.. Same species as on Kamchatka and now grown in Norway, sold for at the insane prices... They procreate like mad! Should be cheap as sill...
