You know sometimes, life brings on its tough times.
Throws you an unexpected curveball, leaves you askin' "why?"
For me, it was about 2 and a half years ago, when I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, flipped my whole world upside down. But while I was on my way to the hospital that night, I made a commitment to myself, that I wouldn't let it slow me down. And let me tell you somethin'! It hasnt slowed me down. Now I know there are a lot of you out there tonight, who just need a little bit of hope, some of you who just need a friend. For all of you, I want you to sing this out with me as loud as you can!

Joe can you show them what to do with their hands please?
