  • Back in high school track I used to do that very same workout routine keeping a below 60 second pace. So Brutal. I don't think I could ever achieve that mark again.

  • This helped a ton. I was definitely one of the one's who just go hard, but the pacing according to location is awesome. Heading to go do the wod right now :D glad I watched this before I left.

  • I totally agree with suck amount he says at the very end when doing it right. first one you feel at the end it sucks, 2nd one the last quarter, 3rd the last half, and just the like the whole things sucks by number 7 and 8
