CES 2008 - eCoupled Wireless Power Technology

eCoupled power is supposed to allow portable devices to move from home to office and into your vehicle and recharge wirelessly. Several big name manufacturers are listed as commercial partners for the technology; Motorola, Visteon, Herman Miller and Mobility Electronics. The technology works via inductive coupling which allows the transfer of energy from one device to another via a shared magnetic field. The technology behind eCoupled power stems from work done by renowned scientists Michael Faraday and Nikola Tesla.
Historically, this type of inductive power transfer has not been much of an option for real world use because any minor variation in the distance over which the power transfer was designed to work would severely impact performance. eCoupled power claims to have overcome this problem via circuitry that can adapt to various loads and special configurations to ensure ideal performance. The eCoupled technology is claimed to have a mere 2% power loss making it comparable to hardwired connections.

Unfortunately, the strength of magnetic field decays as an inverse square law with distance. Furthermore, the inductive power transfer would not be able ot penetrate the wall (unless you had a conducting wall, but then you would electricute yourself to death before u charge your phone).

thats kinda dum people can steal your electricity lol if a phone has it an a different Apartment and the charger is right next to the wall and the guy puts it next to the wall he can charger his phone there too lol hahhaah

or use take the earth which is a big capacitor, then harvest the energy that is being generated from the ionosphere by channeling the same frequency of the earth into your antenna's....

If wireless transmission was available then think of all the other things that would be invented after it, teleporters, anti gravity, force fields that can give specific people with unsynchronized frequencys cancer, moodswings, anger, etc

with all the free energy how could certain groups remain super powers, how could we have a excuse to invade other countries for their oil

its not that we are stupid, its that we are greedy and want to enslave people into a mindset that is easy to control.
