This makes sense. I remember seeing Rose Tattoo at Springfields, Kings Cross in around 1991 which was formerly known as The Manzil Room. At this time, the Tatts were commonly regarded as a spent force past their better days. But despite that I recall midway through the opening song looking over my shoulder and seeing Tex Perkins who had come down to look at the legend of Rose Tattoo at a legendary Sydney live venue.
