I was 5 when she blessed me and the rest of us with this song. It stands alone as far as RnB. This is when I fell in love with Mz. Marie. "out on a limb" is hands down one of my favorite songs. A kid grows up at a quick pace when music like this iz on his/her brain everyday for 10 plus years.

I'm not too much of a fan of contemporary R&B music (post mid 80's); however, this song has got me awestruck. I was just listening to radio bilingüe, when this song was being played, and I had to wait for the DJ to name the artist once the song was done with. The guitar work, keyboards and drumming is amazing as is the very emotive style of the vocalist. This song has all of the elements I love in dark, depressing music. It's as if I were listening to a sad gothic song, but no it's just Tina;.
