Duel, who features in Sprayed Conflict, and whose works have been all around Melb, is one of Australia's pioneering graffiti artists. He has a solo show at Kick Gallery, 239 High St Northcote from Thurs 24th April 08 (opening night 7-9pm) and running to May 3rd and his pieces and huge sculptural works will be there. Enjoy.

I wouldn't doubt it either, being that in this video alone (along with other street artwork that I've seen on the net from Melbourne) the amount of videogame, anime, and music character artwork - won't be long before YouTube street artwork is up SOMEWHERE atleast.

That statue at 2:16 reminds me of the sculpture of Persephone my friend had outside his house. She's holding a bowl of fruit, and she's nude from the top up. That's not what the statue's about, but all the religious nuts in his neighborhood tried to get it taken away.
They couldn't, b/c he checked with the Housing Association b4 he put it there.
The fanatics made their kids look away whenever they passed my friend's house. They also wouldn't let them get treats from him on Halloween.
