i don't understand why she added the pecans to the icing. just use it as a garnish not in the icing. it looks like rabbit sh*t!

You know what?...I really like her...she's enthusiastic,resourceful & quite honestly this cake, along with the Yule Log & Kwanzaa cakes look really delish!..She's fun.no pretense or profanity & seriously who cares if utilises packaged & pre-prepped ingredients..it looks great & I'll bet it tastes fabulous too.

She's measures that vanilla extract like she does vodka. Hoping Aunt Sandy can get a little buzz off of that.

The pre-packaged egg whites are already pasteurized for me... Well, thats a time saver. I can't tell you how much time I waste pasteurizing my egg whites. Come to think of it, that was her time saving tip for sour cream in another episode.
