Graphics can screw off, THIS is a game. I was born in '97, and I appreciate the good old games. Deus Ex, System Shock, Half life, and Freelancer, though that's more a personal favorite. Soundtrack takes Priority over graphics, always.

I'm planning to get into either animation or science in games development for uni next year, and my friend is helping me with an engine, so I'm planning to make a FPS/RPG sort of game like systemshock2 probably next year. I'll probably be doing all the 3D modeling, animating and texturing, also level designs and my friend will probably do the more complex stuff like AI and game logic.

Sadly it will only get worse. I always wounder if they should try to make another one - i would rather watch the old one die in peace then it's body be raped by publisher nowdays.

Ive only played this game a couple of years ago, yet this song sends strange sensation of nostalgic essence. It's really weird... maybe I'm inane. But games like these will never be made again; BioShock and Stalker didnt even come close to games like systemshock, although I do have to say, they are still pretty decent comparing to other new games (the modern warfare games just make me wanna puke, its pure graphics and some gameplay, but absolutely no depth in its concept or creativity)
