I do alot of Tower Rescue Training. We use a mannequin for these types of rescues. It seems a little risky to have an employee remaining in suspension for this long of a duration.

thanks for the note. yes this was practice. we had just certified a couple of the guys in the video. it was a refresher for most of us.

This is why we need to Practice. To get faster and better.
You need to get the victum out onto your hip insted of between your legs. It is easier and faster decent.
