When I saw this performed live...I broke down and cried. this song hit me so hard for whatever reason and im not even irish! I was born and raised in america....and yet this song stuck right to my heart. Pure magic....

@cbrme97...A bagpipe yes, but this isn't a bagpipe...the instrument is a Ullean Pipe, ullean translates to "elbow' which if you watch is how the "bag" is pumped up, instead of by mouth like a bagpipe...

@wyldefan3 The night before last I saw Celtic Woman in Albany, New York. Following Spanish Lady, while walking offstage, Chloë gave a wink. It wasn't the first time our eyes met. Still, the rush felt was a reminder of the original. It's powerful. Grateful I remained seated. That force would tumble this 6'3" frame. Would have found myself in the local police station. That could have lead to an ackward call home. "Hi, Mom. Chloë winked and then... That poor old man... He shouldn't have sat there!"

As someone who immigrated to America very young, the song totally resonates with me.
