@HamsterPetLover What is rare and unique (depending where you are) creates value. The grass always looks greener on the other side. Korean girls are pretty, but also can be unsatisfactory, that's a whole other story :) We all want to marry someone beautiful or be beautiful ourselves. Funny I'd be chatting with someone on youtube about this. Very interesting.

@HamsterPetLover Awww okay. Well I agree that there are no girls in Singapore that look like that, haha. I think it just boils down to what each person picks as sugar in their tea. I've never really understood why people like Yoona so much for her looks *scratches head* but thats probably cause I lived in Korea for two years already. Not that it means anything, just not the type of face that catches my attention. I just like Hyo very much because of her unique looks.

@smellokitty really? well, as far as I'm concerned, in Singapore, I don't spot girls looking like Yoona xD. Or when I go China :) I can spot her face among millions, she has that unique face that drives me towards it, and that I can recognise among millions, a one of a kind. You might say that you see people looking like your favourite KPoP starts everyday, but for me, her face has that unique tastE that is indescribable :P something that sets her out among the crowd <3

@HamsterPetLover In that case I should refer you to something like Shinee or GDtop. You know what is quite ironic? Yoona is not a good template, she has such a generic Asian face (no real strong characteristics). Though Koreans tend to think Chinese are beautiful. Just imagine you got on the train and every day you saw people looking like your favorite KPoP stars, you'd get bloody sick of it. Hyoyeon is an acquired taste, with a certain 'look' -unlike those pasty faced cutey-cheeked girls.

@smellokitty LOL! Then she should change a makeup artist and get her under a new light! When I was first introduced to SNSD, I took an instant liking on Yoona xD and I didn't like Hyoyeon cause she looked weird .___. ( no offence ) . But after watching more of their videos and variety shows, I slowly see each and every one of them's beauty, and now, Hyoyeon, for me, looks pretty too! xD and btw I'm a girl :)

@HamsterPetLover No because its her makeup, lighting and presentation which are deceiving. Our perception is skewed especially when misrepresentation kicks in and we have our own biases. Though technically if you are drawing a person's face there are fine and objective differences to muster. The only way to find out if a woman is really korean, is to chat with her, eat with her, and then sleep with her. Then you can decide whether its korean enough for you, lol. Are you a guy or a girl???? lol
