Greg Papa and Tom Flores call the controversial tuck rule play.

The 2002 AFC divisional playoff game, known to some as the "Tuck Rule Game" (and known by Patriots fans as "Snow Bowl,") was the playoff game between the New England Patriots and the Oakland Raiders. It took place on January 19, 2002. The name "Tuck Rule Game" originates from the controversial game-changing play. In the play, Raiders' cornerback Charles Woodson sacked Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady, which in turn, seemingly caused a fumble that was eventually recovered by Raiders' linebacker Greg Biekert.

  • it's not the Tuck Rule it's called the Al Davis rule.

  • If they had called it correctly Brady would not have been a future hall of famer.

  • AAAH!!!! Love to see this again. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but the only one that counted was the replay official. He made the call according to the rule book. The Raider fans and Patriot haters need to pull up their panties and quit crying about the rule book....... Love it!!!!!

  • Wow, had never seen this video before. Not a raiders fan but how could that ref overturn the call? Its almost as if he as some money on the game or simply wants to give the patriots a chance. Cheating Refs.

  • @uab10 Nah he'd only have 2 rings...

  • lesson learned: just keep pump faking and tucking the ball into your body continuously and you will never fumble

  • @youngfly44 Montana and Young both had the greatest wide receiver of all time for a decent number of years to throw to with a Superbowl caliber D that had Ronnie Lott and Fred Dean.

Bradshaw had one of the best defenses in NFL history to compliment his passing game along with hall of fame running back Franco Harris and wide receiver Lynn Swann.

If you were going to take a shot at Brady, you should have picked a better topic than "an already good team from day one".

  • @DiceCarlinKinison no pussy ass rules and the only team that could handle the raiders..much respect to the steelers..did not know Noll drafted 5 HOF'ers in one draft..miss the head slapping QB dropping,stickum/helium punting anything goes football..as jack lambert said the QB'S might as well wear dresses

  • @NoRestForTheWeary the karate kick the fumble that just happened...noticed it for years.....

  • @dkitty8124 Seems to me from this video and every other comment section where Raiders fans can complain they take every opportunity to do so. They cry about this game they cry about their game against Denver. They even cry about the Immaculate Reception. Don't give that bullshit that they don't cry about anything. They cry about every goddamn thing they can. And get used to keep crying because Tebow is probably going to run the AFC West for the next 10 years leaving your poor Raiders as a joke.

  • @wtficantgetanamewtf a true raider fan never shits the bed and never cries..the so called raider fans you speak of are bandwagon wannabees. a true raider fan takes it on the chin and says lets get it on again and again..true raider fans don't bleed silver and black, they always come back for more...raider fan since 1975..and coming back for 8 more wins, until bo jackson comes back ...lol!!!!

  • i have this whole game on a vcr tape ..maybe a collecters item to somebody..make an offer
