Jerry Sadowitz who appeared in Terry Hall's Terry Blair&Anouchka's video of Ultra Modern Nursery Rhymes, complained that this video infringed his copyright,

I removed Jerry and replace his appearance with graphic animation. It's taken 5 months!

Although angry with Jerry, I am also grateful because, I would have never learned Adobe After Effects and animation.

Jerry's replaced by a number of colourful characters! Marc Bolan even makes an appearance! Bet he won't complain??!

@thegenericcodebeaker Be great to have it redone! Mca was sold off to Universal Records and I believe Universak passed the rights on to Island Records who now own the rights. I assume they have the masters. Clare sugrue is Business Affairs at Universal who I have dealt with in the past regarding the release ofthe Oui 3 collection.

much apliged i didnt want to do it without your blessing as i'm in contact with a lot of record labels i'll hit them up see what there saying if i do have the rights passed and just say i get known of it if i ever performed it live i would love to have you do it beside me but of course i will have to ask the record label thanks for the information
