The title is self explanatory. Well. Err. The music was recorded by George as a demonstration to Phil Spector, as Phil had asked him to play a bunch of his songs so that he would know what to expect in the musical direction of All Things Must Pass. George didn't know that he was being recorded. George starts the song off by briefly playing the riff with an electric guitar, and then switching to an acoustic for 99% of the rest of it. Cosmic Empire is a fairly common unreleased song. If you want to buy the untampered version, look for the Beware of ABKCO bootleg. I have personally used every sound available on the recording to mix this together. I hope that you enjoy it. It was one of my very early attempts at messing with music, and it is a big part of why I still do it today.

  • You did a "OK" job, but my version is just better.

  • @KingAbacus2009 I've got to be honest, I think your version sounds shaky and unnatural; I think the consistent chopping ruins the flow of the song. As for my version, I respect your opinion as everyone is entitled, however I can claim one victory here: mine is uploaded in superior digital sound quality. Also, I think it was is poor taste to come to my video, call my work "Ok," and then plug your work. Feel free to make negative comments, but I will not have people plugging in my chat.

  • How do you get such amazing sound quality ?

  • @Gauraonline I coded my mix in high quality and maxed out the audio settings on the video program. I think Youtube is softer audiowise on videos uploaded in hd resolutions.

  • @Iktofed PS I will just make it again and it will still be better then yours

  • @Iktofed no, I think you dont understand. I said it was ok because you could have done a better job editting the song. You could have edit out the talking and stuff. So you know what; what the fuck ever dude. Its not like I insulted your work; you just took it the wrong way. Of course I will say mine is better BECAUSE I MADE IT! So, I think it was in poor taste of you to assume I was trashing your work, then have the nerve to say my work is crappy. So, what ever

  • Nice effort...I can see you've double tracked some of the vocal tracks and harmonised some of the repeated vocals. If you can do this, imagine what Paul, Ringo and George Martin (or Jeff Lynne) could do!

  • I can fix this

  • Somebody ought to add some instruments and make it a Beatle type song.

  • I'm waiting in the quewe down at the Cosmic Empire i wanna a front row pew down at the Cosmic Empire an omnipresent view down at the Cosmic Empire [World of truth] come shining clear All beads light there [Noone worlds] all disappear It shines bright there Down at the Cosmic Empire Down at the Cosmic Empire Down at the Cosmic Empire To who our souls are filled with joy Can't resist there Spirit no one can destroy You'll find bliss there Down at the Cosmic Empire
