A few suggestions:
1. Make sure your instruments are properly tuned
2. Level your mics mix (as if it would help)
3. You should all try to play the same song!
4. Try to find a vocalist and keyboard player (yours sux)
5. Stop posting to Youtube
6. The "egg shaker" was out of time. Fire her, even if you are married to her.
The "sounds pretty good" comment made everything clear! You are ALL tone deaf.
