Drury men put on high heels, wedges and pink flip-flops on Wednesday, Sept. 7 for the third annual "Walk the Lane in Her Shoes" event. Male students walk Drury Lane in women's shoes to raise awareness of sexual violence.
Walk the Lane in Her Shoes is part of Drury University's Sexual Assault Awareness Week. Activities include multiple self-defense classes for Drury students, faculty and staff. In addition, there will be speakers, students will be able to take a pledge to stand against violence against women and girls, and donations will be accepted for the Victim's Center throughout the week.
