It would appear our councillor Ms Annie fix you up Glover as been fitted with an extra bag. The hospital must agree with residents that Councillor Glover is so full of shit she needs the extras bag. but Councillor Glover stuffed herself with all the free food she could scrounge from the £50 million BCA funds till she burst.
