  • i have two questions first of all, is this legal? and secondly, do you still press alt if you have windows xp?

  • @fronkmonk Yes it is completely legal. You are not stealing music, you are sharing music. Its like lending a friend a music cd to download on their computer.

  • WOW...out of all the other videos that ive watched to help explain how to put music from my ipod onto my laptop...this helped out the most!!!!!thank you man

  • my ipod nano 2 GEN is not showing up on the computer thing

  • 1it worked! thanks so much (:

  • AND ALSO can i put all and ONLY the music from my current ipod nano to a new ipod touch 2g that i just got? If so, how? and can i do it as easily as i said if i can do from my other comment? (like just drag selected music from desktop file w/ music from old ipod nano to new ipod touch music, not entire library first)

  • I just really need to know if i have 2 ipods (mine and my friends') connected. After i copy my friends music to a desktop folder can i drag the selected music to my ipod that is already connected instead of dragging it to my library? If i cant just do it that simply then please tell me what i have to do to be able to do that. I really dont want to have to go to my library and painstakingly go thru the entire library to find some of the new songs.

  • Thank you! Been wanting to know how to do this, however, when I show hidden files it just comes up with the pictures and no music! Help?

  • Thank you!! the rest I've seen want you to download and buy some shitty program that probably gives your computer a virus. I am trying to get the music from my old ipod nano put on my ipod touch. I am going to have to look at the song names to change them though.

  • Wonderful!! So easy to follow!! Is there any way to drag and drop the music without going into each individual folder... so if someone has a TON of songs?

  • thank you thank you!!

  • it doesn't work for iPhone 4 :(

  • Thanks, the video was clear and instructions easy to follow. My iPod Nano, generation 4 is now loaded!!
