She obviously has a trained voice and knows how to control it - that's a good thing! She was born with a lovely sounding instrument and took lessons to develop it. Wonderful!

:-) ... Susan's "practice" was a trip to the pub for a shot on the kar...kara.... errr.. kareoke (or something) machine. I never heard her there myself, but a couple of mates did and said she was always amazing! (only ever had a coke or orange as well, never any booze)
