    Verry good traning in any aspect,cardio muscel.

    I overtrain myself ,i do 3 kettlebell traning a day this was littlebit to much for my body.

    How manny traning is good for me in a week?

    I train now 9 month kettlebell, i had a strong back injury in mar.,but this tool help me in rehab

    I start to train now for strenght my back,2 weeks now.

  • @2th4 You can probably train everyday. A little everyday (like 30 minutes) is better than 3-4 hours workout sessions a day!

  • Thanks for the comments. Perhaps you can see that my knee flexion is sufficient and the hips are being extended to drive the kettlebell up. I've had no lumbar problems nor any of my clients or trainee instructors over the past 4 years. I think it's just the camera angle. Thanks for your comments.

  • Your swing looks like its coming mostly from bending at the waist, not a good reference for beginners.
