Launching amateurish rockets that killed nobody in 2008 prior to the Israeli onslaught and in response to the Israeli blocakde and alleged statements calling for the destruction of Israel (statements that kill nobody) vs. Israel's murder of 1,300 gazans via bombs, drones, missiles, tanks, white phosphorous, cluster bombs, depleted uranium bombs, bulldozers, and so much more.
