    progressive stepping with levers and lots of timber. start with top stone right next to the uprights on the ground. lever a side up about 6", toss a timber under to hold, do the same with the other side. now repeat a few dozen times till top stone is even with the top of the uprights. And then its just a matter of using a lever to push it into place.

    piece of pie, easy as cake.

    How did they get the top blocks on there? Keep in mind I'm genuinely asking; I am not trolling and would like to know. My guess is that it was a ramp and a couple of pebbles, but I would like to know how he did it
