Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles Speed Run Part 1

I did a test speed run of The Dracula X Chronicles (saving all 4 maidens). Problem is, as you can tell by the video, I'm not ready to truly record. The original video looked worse than this...I at least made it somewhat viewable. It's grayscale (composite in, no component in) and my TV only does interlaced.

Hopefully you won't get a headache watching this.

You did a speedrun run of both this and rondo. Would you say one is more difficult than the other, or is chronicles pretty true to the original?

@smithcm14 There's some minor aspects that makes them different, mainly in regards to Stage 5'. For the most part, the games are quite similar. The only reason I would say the remake is slightly harder is that Stage 5' has a harder level, a boss at the end, and Maria's Guardian Fist is less broken.

how do you do that special move? (not the one with the sub weapon the one you used alot when defeating the boss.)

Level 1 in this game has my favorite video game (besides Zelda)

this was one of the hardest castlevania games it took me a month to beat it and to unlock evrithing

1. There isn't a decent PSP emulator out there yet.

2. Emulators are forbidden by SDA rules anyways.

So the answer is no. If I ever do a run on an emulator, I will say so.
