The fact of the matter is that the Chinese have known for centuries what the benefits of Chi is: TCM, qi gong, acupuncture, hurbology and energy healing. Western science seeks to understand every nuance (molecular, chemical, physics, Etc), which is fine. But the fundamental eastern conceptual/structural systems are different. --I do believe western science will in the near future accept what Asian Masters have said from the beginning. The problem is that what can heal can also be used to kill.

I love kerosene lamps... Ohhh the very thought of them makes my knees go weak so much so that i have a collection of 37,025 of them and it is a full time job keeping them all topped up as i run them all the time just incase the sun goes out...

How did you do that with the glas bulb over it? Great trick!
What? Chi? HAHAHAHA! You're not just good at tricks, but a good laugh too!
Now seriously: what's the trick? =D

Foolio, look at the position of his shadow against the back drop. The audio reveals no sudden bursts of exhalation and the white noise of the room is consistent. Angling breath to go down the wind guard would be almost as amazing a feat.

umm but they show it zoomed out right after... and the container needs to have an opening because the flame needs oxygen to stay lit. but obviously that lid blocks a lot of wind as it was designed to do in the first place, I'm sure you can use that lamp on a windy day without it going out. Anyways cool vid, always cool to see a westerner learning the eastern arts and secrets.

u have an open hole that anyone can blow into it man, and if u can use chi to blow it out why not blow it out without such a big hole and a container designed for air to travel in to? You even have it zoomed out so we closely see your mouth. I'd do this too if i had a camera and the desire to do this -_-

The impossible exists.. if you don't believe me, try finding an example of something impossible!!
Impossible.. right? er wait..??
LOL! another simple trick. I love how you zoomed in on your hands when you blew out the candle with the air from your mouth.

I've done a lot of candle training and it's just an exercise to show you how to strike correctly;
it teaches you to punch perfectly straight-- if force moves off into other directions it will not extinguish the flame; it proves you are punching straight & with enough force.
Same thing as breaking a board.
Air currents move in all directions and envelope their containers, the air is traveling up the glass, over the lip and down into the glass smothering the flame, nothing more.

well my friend if you are doing the candle correctly then you should have no problem doing the kerosene lamp i'm looking forward to see you demo this because i know can do it.

the best qigong exercise that we use is called waving in the clouds it teaches the relaxation. but the real purpose in combat is precisen striking. I do want to remind everybody what the old masters always said that chi don't effect men made of wood, stone, or glass only chi.
