Stribe 0.1 (xenome) proto, archival footage - music by phineus

Due to plugging in the wrong power supply at the moment of truth, I suddenly smell burning and feel heat. I unplug the power supply w/ in seconds but the damage is done. Most of my 7221 chips are fried, one of them actually charred and cracked open. Interestingly, not all of them are completely bad, and 7 of them still manage to fire on several cylinders. The result is a bit less than 1/2 of the grid w/ lots of gaps in-between where pins are dead. The good news is I probably just need to replace the chips. I decide to move ahead with programming so there's some actual interface happening by the end of the montage. Thanks for reading this far.
