I've started the "The Couch-to-5K Running Plan" here's a link to what the plan is http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml the book I talked about in my last update has inspired me to start running, Ultramarathon Man http://www.ultramarathonman.com. I'm down about 30 pounds so far after 10 weeks and thrilled.

  • Good job, Jason! Sounds like you did better than I did for Thanksgiving. Kudos for adding Running to P90X and I understand about it becoming a grind--90 days is a long time; I remember getting sick of seeing Tony's face EVERY SINGLE DAY. lol. Even though he's a really cool dude, I couldn't wait to be done so we could take a break from each other ;)

  • Yeah Tony Horton is funny guy and he's very inspirational, but beginning week 11 his jokes aren't as funny and yeah seeing him every single day can get on your nerves.

  • good job! i screw up a week of phase 2, i missed like 3 days so i decided to work out 4 weeks instead of 3 (plus the recovery week) and since i was doing an extra week i decided to push it almost to the limit doing mon: triceps, shoulders and chest tues: biceps and back wed: plyometrics thu: biceps and back fri: triceps, shoulders and chest sat: legs and back sunday: rest all i know it feels like i caught up lol right now im on my recovery week of phase 2. going to month 3 next week! Hoooray
