And it's expected to strengthen to a near-hurricane before making landfall somewhere in Texas or southwest Louisiana. A father accused of abducting his 7-year-old daughter will be extradited from Maryland to Massachusetts. The man known as Clark Rockefeller was arrested in Baltimore Saturday, a week after he allegedly kidnapped his daughter during a supervised visit in Boston. The daughter was found unharmed. A long battle against a massive wildfire just outside an entrance to Yosemite National Park is nearing an end. Crews expected to have the 53-square-mile blaze fully contained later today. Olympic officials are trying to shut down a website accused of scamming athlete's families and sports fans worldwide.
