Hello Rae!
I'm really excited about the movie, as I also went there, to lake atitlan, to see the chocolate shaman and I even met Brenda. It was a huge surprise to discover this trailer and the idea that someone is making a movie about this wonderful place and these great experiences.
So how is it going with the movie? I'm very interested indeed to see it myself :)

wow, looks really neat Rae! Nothing beats a hot coco with chili pepper and mix in some medicinal immune boosting honey or elderberry syrup. Been surviving the winter with that when ever I felt feverish. Opens the capillaries good and the circulation and breath. I never thought of it but that IS a great tool for opening the heart and healing!
but now it is maple syrup season and a good one, first time in a few years, at that. A hot coco and maple syrup cheers to you Rae
