I am doing Push Downs from Standing in front, Standing behind, and Kneeling on top.

The Pilates Wunda chair is great for getting the connective chain working, from the heels of the feet to the heels of the hands, all stabilized with the core. Always striving to lengthen and strengthen the body at the same time.

  • No reason other then more practice needed to fully know the technique. Sometimes my strength allows me to do poor technique. Good eye and thanks. Yes that kneeling is hard without a spotter. I suprised myself doing it.

  • Really good to see! Is there a reason you stand and kneel so far forward? I have been taught to stand a foot away from the front, and kneel only so far forward that hips can remain over knees. Leaning back on the heels or knees is the temptation. The kneeling push is so difficult without a spotter, though - kudos!
