I have a mate working for this outfit who nearly topped himself after his pension was stolen. I agree about the comment on alaponts as I have heard from many of my mate's co-workers some horror stories about this egomaniac.

To clarify: I'm a video producer who did a story (for our viewers) on the turnaround of one plant and I had nothing to do with FM. Apparently, they don't adhere to their own policy of worker inclusion and have reverted to the same tactics used by most corporations. It's about profits over people, no matter what they claim. I'm still proud of the a/v aspects of this video, even if it turned out to be propaganda.

ya i think they are going to do that to the frankfort indiana plant also. my dad works their and tells me they are cutting jobs left and right their.!!! and if they DO stay open even though its a union out their they will most likely turn that place into a all press plant with NO toll room. and just buy their own rubber instead of just makeing it their.!!

This company stole the pensions of it's workers, leaving a £185 million defecit in their pension scheme, and the closed down the site to move production to china where production is cheaper and jose thus will get more money to line his greedy little pockets!!!!
