It actually makes alot of sense. You have to consider the fact that this food is in containment either frozen solid or sealed before it ever gets delivered, cooked and served to you. So to say that after this "food" is cooked, it actually has a shelf life of more than a few days! The point is, how old is your "freshly" cooked mcdonalds fast food. Wonder why is only cost a dollar menu? Mcdonalds is global. They do these things to keep up with demand. "over a billion served"

Yeah, but the enzymes are still not super powerful. Yanno, bacterias and fungi have the same (or even better) 'juices' to work on their food. If they can't catch up on these fries I don't think, that the stomach enzymes would manage a better job.
It's still pretty disgusting, everything natural decays.

you seem very smart .. and i gave your reply a thumbs up.. however, when you frie something you are removing the moisture and replacing it with oil. bacteria need water to grow. molds do have juices to digest things but there is still a process that they need to thrive. ther are no preservatives in mcdonalds fries. if you take a potatoes and dry it while you freeze it, then fry it -it won't have mold if it dries out.. it will just become really stale.

it may be the high salt content in mac fries... no moisture = no mould... the other fries were probably moist on the inside cuz they were way thicker than the mac fries so its highly possible that theres plenty of moisture inside.. salt is the oldest preservative used for generations.. nothing wrong with it.

lol, I'm a vegitarian & n NO way saying fast food is good.HOWEVER.
1. there are no presevatives in mcd
fries.. there doesn't have to be. people fucking gobble them down. they put asorbic acid on them (it's vit C like lemon juice 2 keep them from turning brown.)
