Energy in West Virginia

We take an in-depth look at West Virginia's energy industry-- from a pilot project in Mason County to trap carbon dioxide beneath the earth (CCS) to a controversial high-voltage power line (PATH) which would cut through hundreds of miles of farms and forests to send power to the East Coast. West Virginia's role in powering America is examined. This piece was produced for WVPBS's show "Outlook."
