A more in depth video on setting up the master grid in Hexic HD, plus a new way to set it up. Instead of going from top to bottom or bottom to top, i go from left to right, extremely reducing the chances of a grid collapse.

  • Awesome vid I have a master grid now. I'm sitting here staring at the screen wondering "ok now what..."

I guess I will try to make a starflower of black pearls.

  • great job keep up the good work

  • Are there situations when one method is more useful then the other?

  • ya when going into edges the parallel is more sufficient but that is the only time i know of

  • i just realized this is the exact length of the other one

  • so connor, how long did this vid take to edit.......very good

  • did they patch the bombs or something?, i rotated a sunflower and the bomb counted down

  • wow 26 stars on the first level! nice job :) hope i can get grand pearl pooh bah some day : /

  • for some reason i still find this hard but if this is the easiest way 2 do it i guess im just to dumb to do something like this

  • What's the point of this? o.o

  • @Drummin003 Not quite. Perhaps you noticed this guy took great care to avoid creating clusters. Great care includes building the grid in such a way that even if that colour should fall, "the whole fucking level" doesn't clear itself. When done properly, the worst that can happen is a few clusters created upon falling. Also, the entire point of the grid is to form stars in the top row. Notice how he takes pieces from the bottom rows and moves them to the top to form stars. Hardly luck, I'd say.

  • This little walkthrough is useless unless you get lucky and are able to form 2-3 stars on the top row. Otherwise you're just going to waste 10 minutes trying to get it set up then thanks to the game's probability mechanic, it will drop the one colored tile you dont need and cause the whole fucking level to clear itself.

  • Having a lot of trouble figuring out how to play well on Hexic, but this guide helps me out! Thank you so much!

  • @TheShyTeds Ignore my past stupidity

  • music: there is no such a thing

  • building it from the top is very hard
