Russia is forced to join the arms race against the US and NATO. "Putin's Arms Race" was not started by him. Putin said, "no matter what you call them, these are elements of an arms race.. THIS IS NOT OUR CHOICE... we will have to come up with a response." This video was not intended to show Putin as the aggressor but the defender.
