My Sherman 1003 Thunderbolt doing an Alternate Wail signal.

Here's my Sherman 1003 Thunderbolt doing an alternate wail signal or hi-lo wail or whatever you call it. I ran the timer in Attack and switched on the modulator in the RCM 3 manually to do it. I was also running the vacuum blower through it to give it some more kick. There's probably a way to wire it up to do it but I didn't fell like figuring out how to do it. It was hard enough hooking the thing up as it is since I'm stuck using this knee walker.

This is my favorite signal :) Can you take a 1003 somewhere outside so we can hear it? Rotator and blower?

How loud would that thing be if you took the horn off of it and ran it with the single phase Thunderbolt blower? Would it still be too loud for your neighbors?

@LouisvilleTorn8o Another reply to this-- Without the horn it's not nearly as loud and it sounds ridiculous. I can't imagine how ridiculous it would sound with the blower running and no horn installed. I'm sure not going to go through the hassle and work to try to do that in my garage.

@MegaCophater That towel isn't blocking even 1/4th of the opening. It doesn't make any difference with the sound.

@MegaCophater It's not muted. There is a towel sitting in the horn but it's not even blocking 1/4th of the opening. It wouldn't be worth it to drag all the stuff out there again and do it without the towel in it. It wouldn't sound any different.
