On February 18, 2006, an Australian built Mack truck with 113 semi-trailers, 2,865,980 pounds (1,299,987 kg) and 4,836 ft 11 in (1,474.3 metres) long, pulled the load the longest road train (multiple loaded trailers) ever pulled with a single prime mover. It was on the main road of Clifton, Queensland, that 70-year-old John Atkinson claimed a new record, pulled by a tri-drive Mack Titan
In the extreme outback of Australia, consisting of Western Queensland through to Central Western Australia, there is technically no limit to how long a road train can be. if the authorities granted permit for a truck to be a 1000 trailers long, its legal.

ABC TV in Australia holds the copyright to the video and hit me with a DMCA when I had the only video of it up. So now I can only post the photos

The Mack Titan is a heavy duty truck produced by Mack Trucks. There are two different variants of the Titan, one for the Australian market, that was first introduced in 1995 aimed at the heavy road train operators of Australia, and a 2008 model that was introduced in North America. The Titan can haul loads up to 200 tonnes GCM and comes with many heavy duty options that are not usually found on highway trucks.

In March 2008, Titan was introduced in Bulldog magazine. The target markets are the heavy-haul applications of: construction, logging, mining, oil field, and heavy equipment hauling. A Heavy Duty model uses the 16-liter big-block MP10, the largest ever 6-cylinder engine from Mack, with 515, 565, and 605 horsepower (451 kW) models. The 605 has a torque rating of 2,060 ft·lbf (2,790 N·m). at 1,200 RPMs.
It will replace the now retired CL model which served as Mack's "big bore" truck which was powered by the Cummins ISX. It will feature the MP10 which is Mack's version of the Volvo D16C.
