while canadian seniors suffer in poverty, layton worries about bringing whole families to burden health care and social services. the poor pay for immigration i say invest in canadians, give them the opportunites. if folks are refugees, they can't expect their whole family to be brought here, we can't afford it. better to invest in foreign ccountries, raher than put them in debt

It's just not true that immigrants are a net economic burden. The opposite is the case, which is why every party here including the Conservatives wants aggressive immigration. It is the only way the economy can keep growing when Canadian citizens have a birth rate lower than replacement!

Frankly, I don't give a crap who wins. I'm just sick of Jack Layton advertisements every time I open a youtube clip. It's all about big promises when they're in and broken promises on the way out. This BS about switching from party to party every election and making like they are going to save the day is not even worth watching. Wasn't that the party that you voted out last time???
