Yes that bird is real, wild, and looking for food from tourists.
Staying in Estes Park, CO. Hiking Longs Peak, Ouzel Falls, and a couple other of small trails.
Not in Video, excellent breweries in Fort Collins!

We climbed Long's Peak to the summit. Was so awesome and beautiful up there. But a lot of hard work to get up there. Start early.
