Let It Go, TD Jakes

We all try to make things happen in our lives that we romantisize..... This video is a reality check, and spiritually slaps you out of a funk... As he does more often then not, this is one of the best of Jakes, and it has continued to strengthen me. As a matter of fact, the same person who I had to let go of, gave me this CD set 1 year before our break up. God truly does work in mysterious ways... I hope it helps to strengthen you as well, because I ask in His name, that it be so.... amen, and enjoy...

@FlawlessImperfectio1 - I don't think that is the gist of the message. By letting go of things, or people that are taking precedence over your relationship with God, I would say Let It Go... If there are people that want to walk away from you, it took something for them to get there to that point. If reconcilliation is impossible, it is best to let it go...

I listen to this daily...Something beyond horrible happen to me with a guy who I believed I was meant to be with..He's done a bunch of hurtful things toward me...He betrayed me & my brothers...but this is a awesome message, that helps me to move forward, because nothing just happens... T.D Jakes is on point with this one...♥ it =]

amen...question why do the ppl who hurt you and then walk away. Why do they keep trying to come back and try to make up for it or make it right..are they feeling guilt. I forgave but him trying to come back just reminds me and gets me more mad.

He is telling the truth. We have to know when to let go of people. LET IT GO and praise God that they are gone instead of us trying to hold on to their drama.

My husband cheated on me. I was an emotional wreck, and then he left me. I said and did everything I could, and nothing worked. I love this video because he is right. When people leave you, let them go as they are not tied to you. My life is better now as in time the Lord will send me a Boaz instead of a Bozo.

@FlawlessImperfectio1 That's not true, but what is true is when we rush things we only make things worse. God has perfect time it's up to us on what to do with it. I let God handle my problems but only the things that I cannot handle. Example you cant put in applications for a job but you cannot make the manager hire you, but you can pray to God that he touches the person so that it works in your favor. When things dont work it means God has different plans for you! better plans.
