Election of Simon Mbugua as Kamukunji Member of Parliament has been nullified by the high court. In yet another bold ruling from the law courts, Justice Mary Ang'awa nullified Mbugua's election and ordered him and the defunct electoral commission of Kenya to meet the cost of the petition. Mbugua becomes the 8th legislator to lose his parliamentary seat through a petition.

Why insulting a hard working Kenyan and calling him al shabab just coz he is wearing beard or the tribe he comes from.....Somali citizens have contrubeted a lot in this country just like any other Kenyan and if you look at the facts.....The failed coup in 82, General Mohamud was on the rescue, pre refferendum" under the chairmanship of Abdikadir there again was the rescue., IIEC under the leadership of Hassan it was by far the most transparent election.....so please stop with ethnic hate.
