Hey guys! I'm Bridget Daly for ClevverMusic, and you're gonna love this story if you're a big fan of the Spice Girls! After months and months of rumors, the musical based on the ultimate girls group is finally happening! The producer of Mamma Mia has signed on to the project that's still being mostly kept under wraps. Baby Spice Emma Bunton said, "I've heard a little bit about the story but it's top secret. We've been in touch with the producer and the writer."

Apparently the theme of the musical is about friendship and womanhood. The producer did add, We live in a world dominated by people wanting to be famous. What the Spice Girls did was before those shows became really what they are, and before the world become slightly obsessed by such shows. Viva Forever will encompass the Spice Girls ethos of friendship, identity and being true to yourself, it won't be a tribute or bio show, nor will it feature characters with any of the names of the famous five piece. 'Viva Forever' is slated to debut in London's West End in 2012. We can't wait! Let us know what you think of this rumor finally coming true, and if you're going to go see it!
