if course. I have a friend who went to the annual Essence Festival and sold his videos on weigh lost and proper weightlifting. He sold to Terry Perry and spoke with various celebrities. He has his own website and he even got signed for a book deal. So dont take what you do for granted you can really touch many more lives. for sure. I will have to find his website because I have a new computer and it is saved on my old one.

depends on which ab moves you are referring too...I would say for some yes there is a difference...depends also on the firmness of the bed....~ahmad

i LOVE this chocolate cake clip!!! reminds me of my childhood! my dad used to play these bill cosby tapes in the car when we were on road trips! this one was one of our favorites! aw, nostalgia!
