@japperjay52 another thing i never understood was,when light's father was lying in his deathbed with the shinigami eye's,he tells light that he's happy to see light is not kira, but at the same time wouldnt he see that light was going to die soon?why didnt he say anything or why didnt light bother to ask him when his death date was?personally i would've jumped on the chance.And sure rem couldnt tell misa when she would die,but rem would still see that misa had very little time left

A good point, but I think there a good reason. A shinigami can't tell a human how long they have to live, for reasons I'm sure are apparent. Perhaps Misa's life was so affected by shingami that it didn't matter. Perhaps she wrote her own name down to insure she did. Another thing that could have happened is that Light wrote in his deathnote that she would kill herself when she found out about his death, after all he did she her as a criminal.

im confused about her death,her life was halved twice correct? but didnt rem mention something about when a shinigami sacrifices itself for a human that human gets the remaining life of the shinigami??? and if she was to kill herself so soon,wouldnt rem have seen that floating above her head too? the fact that her lifespan was...very short???
