the blue one looks like an old TK CX 1.0 plus and the one taeke taekema has looks like an old grays jumbow or megabow, not really sure.

After seeing Taeke at the Eurohockey Champs, I wouldnt say it has affected the game in a bad way.
Players skill and technique has just adapted I think..

this way its better...before there were so many fake-flickers..they dun really know how to do the drag flick...but with those stick they suddenly become pros at it...
so i think FIH made the right decision..
