You are not alone in getting the run around from a mortgage company. We have been trying to get Citimortgage to modify our loan since May 2009. It is February 2010 and we are still making trial period payments that were supposed to last only three months. The amount we owe on our home with late fees and interest keeps growing while the value of our home keeps declining. My husband is disabled now (legally blind) and I'm unemployed for nearly a year now.
